TANF Supportive Housing Program
Since 1999, Housing Partnership has been providing services to extremely low-income families facing the challenges of mental health and/or substance abuse issues.
The TANF Supportive Housing Program provides the following services:
· Apartment Search Assistance
· Landlord-Tenant education
· Furniture Acquisition
· Budgeting
· Case management
Child Care Referral
· Referrals to other Community Agencies
· Vocational Counseling
