Housing Partnership, Inc. is one of the partner organizations of Community Partnership Group, which also includes Parent Child Center. Begun in 1986, Housing Partnership has come to believe that finding impactful solutions to complex community issues requires an approach that is both holistic and focused. In all that we do, we strive to work with the person in the context of their family, and with the family in the context of their community.
Housing Partnership has developed an array of innovative and economically sustainable paths to affordable housing and community living for low to moderate income families, as well as for those with special needs. Our dedicated staff of professionals operates onsite in communities throughout the county and is headquartered in Riviera Beach with a new Space Coast office in Melbourne, Florida. As a chartered affiliate of the national NeighborWorks America, Housing Partnership assists families in Palm Beach County through the resources and services of its Homeownership Department, Supportive Housing Services, and Community Services.
We are locally accredited, i.e. achieved certification, by Nonprofits First, whose mission is to promote quality and accountability in local nonprofits.

Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP)
The Lake Worth CRA Consortium received grant funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Redevelopment (HUD) in January 2010. This funding is part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, better known as the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP). This will be primarily used to purchase, rehabilitate and demolish foreclosed homes within the City of Lake Worth. Some funding will also be available to provide homebuyer counseling, "green" maintenance, financing and subsidy programs for working class individuals.
