Responsibilities: Processes loans and manages a pipeline of loans in a timely manner; collects, follows up and reviews required documentation according to guidelines of FNMA and FHLMC, to facilitate closings; triages new applicants using preset criteria for credit worthiness; provides superior service through listening to customers and anticipating their needs; recommends our various services. 

Requirements: Must have a current Florida mortgage broker’s license; preferred experience with federal, state and local down-payment assistance programs; thorough knowledge of state/county subsidy programs and FNMA, FHLMC and FHA/VA guidelines; must have 3 yrs conventional and FHA experience; excellent computer, written, verbal and organizational skills; detail oriented; work well in a team environment; be adaptable to change; have a “whatever it takes to get the job done” attitude.

Triple P Therapist
(2 Positions)



Responsibilities:
Provides developmentally appropriate assessment and emotional/behavioral health services to infants, toddlers, young children and their families in homes, schools, and other safe community settings depending on the family’s choice and needs.

Requirements: Full-time; licensed or license-eligible LCSW, LMHC and/or LMFT therapist in the State of Florida; 2 or more years experience working with infants, children & their families with psychological, behavioral and/or social-emotional issues. Must have knowledge related to and applicable to the 0 -5/IMH populations, including maternal depression. Experience utilizing play, cognitive-behavioral, and family therapy. Triple P training will be provided. Must be able to work a flexible schedule.  Bi-lingual extremely helpful (Spanish and Creole).

Early Childhood Wellness Therapist

Responsibilities: Provides developmentally appropriate mental health services to children and their families in identified subsidized child care centers.

Requirements: Experience working with children and families; Masters Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or Marriage & Family Therapy; registered Intern w/ the State of Florida; licensed preferred; willingness to travel locally and work a flexible schedule which includes evenings and possibly weekends; works in a center/school and home-based environment. Bi-lingual preferred (Spanish and Creole).

Infant Mental Health


Responsibilities: Will provide medically necessary mental health assessments to children and their families in the PCC office, their homes, at schools and/or other community settings. Will create a biopsychosocial or in-depth 0-5 assessment and treatment plan for all clients. Will utilize the ASQ and ASQ-SE as well as additional assessments, as needed.

Requirements: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy (or the equivalent) from an accredited university or college in the field of counseling, social work, psychology or related human service. Minimum of 2 years experience with children with serious emotional disturbances, trauma, and abuse/neglect issues. Must have experience with the 0-5 population. Must be licensed with the state of Florida. Must be able to travel locally and work a flexible schedule. Bi-lingual (Spanish-Creole) extremely helpful.

Recreational Therapist
Child Life Program


Responsibilities:
As a member of the Child Life Program, the Recreational Therapist will work with behavioral medicine therapists, child life specialists and volunteers in a children’s hospital/medical setting. This therapist will plan, organize and direct a medically approved recreation program for pediatric patients. Job duties will include organizing activities such as: group games, dramatics, music, and movement, and arts and crafts to help patients cope with hospitalization, adjust to acute/chronic health conditions, develop interpersonal relationships, socialize effectively, and reduce the effects of their medical conditions. This recreational therapist will supervise volunteers, order supplies, schedule and manage and all playrooms.

Requirements: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Recreational Therapy, CTRS preferred; experience with infants, children and adolescents who have acute or chronic health issues.

This is a part time position including weekdays and weekends.

Parent-Child Center is seeking to hire full time therapists to provide outpatient community mental health services to children 5 years old and up and their families. Parent-Child Center serves a diverse population. The position offers clinicians an excellent opportunity to utilize multiple treatment modalities, including CBT, play therapy, art therapy, trauma informed care and more. Clinicians are supported in their pursuit of licensure and further training in their field of choice. We are seeking energetic therapists interested in expanding their knowledge.
