Question:   What are the ages of the clients you serve?

PCC provides community mental health services to children from birth to the age of twenty-one and their families. Adult family members and caregivers are eligible for our counseling and psychiatric services.

 

 
Question:   Do you take Medicaid?

Answer:  

 

Yes, PCC accepts Medicaid, Medicaid HMOs, and other private insurances. Please contact us for more specific information about your insurance. PCC also provides services on a sliding scale for families without insurance.

 

 
Question: Do you offer Parenting classes?

Answer:

Question: Are you open on Saturday?

Answer: 

 

Yes, although our outpatient offices are closed, some therapists are able to offer in-home appointments on Saturdays.

 

 
Question: What if my family does not have insurance or can't afford services?

Answer:

 

If your child or family is eligible, many of our services are free because of grants. We are able to provide outpatient mental health and psychiatric services on a sliding scale. If you have no insurance, you will not be turned away if you can't afford to pay for services.
