Supportive Housing Opportunity Program
Since 1996, Housing Partnership Inc, has provided services to individuals facing the challenges of recovering from chronic mental illness. Our Supportive Housing Opportunities Program can help individuals who want to live in a community setting with services designed to make their transition to community living successful. We strive to maximize choice and improve the quality of life for those we serve. Over the years, the program has developed multiple resources to creatively address these needs.
